| All photographs are available for inspection -by appointment only - at Patricia Laligant | Art Consultant. The availability of the photographs offered on our website is subject to prior sale. Payment must be made in US dollars, payable on a US bank. Institutions will be invoiced net thirty (30) days. In such cases shipping charges will appear as a separate amount on the invoice. Foreign orders are sent by surface parcel post, insured, unless otherwise specified by prior arrangement. Foreign shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the country to which they are sent. Patricia Laligant | Private View is not responsible for any violation of these regulations, or for securing import licenses. It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle any customs questions or to settle any official actions taken as a result of an attempt to deliver the purchases. New York State sales tax of 8.375 % will be collected where applicable. New York State residents holding valid tax exempt numbers should include these numbers on their checks, and will have to submit a signed NYS tax exempt form. Any sale of these photographs does not constitute an implied sale of the copyright, or rights to reproduce the photograph in any way. Anyone wanting to use any of the photographs displayed here for any purpose other than viewing them on this site, must receive specific permission in writing from Patricia Laligant | Private View. The Association Francaise pour la Diffusion du Patrimoine Photographique (AFDPP) gave to Patricia Laligant | Private View the permission to reproduce here the Francois Kollar's photographs. The AFDPP is the institution that is managing the copyright rights for the estate of Francois Kollar. |
